| Instrument #154 has a very interesting Mrytlewood back made from wood Frank purchased for Orcas Island Tonewoods in Washington. The top is made from Frank’s Englemann Spruce that he harvested near McCall, Idaho. This instrument is a medium brown in color with a hint of red. Frank has just finished setting up #154 and feels it is going to be an excellent instrument – easy to play, very full rich tone, even across the strings, and has good projection. |
