Instrument #151 has a beautiful big leaf maple back made from wood Frank purchased from a dealer in Port Townsend, Washington.  The top is made from Frank’s Engelmann Spruce that he harvested near McCall, Idaho.  The color of this instrument is a rich, red-brown.  This instrument is very easy to play, has a very full, even tone, and projects very well.
